TBD
The Sport Medicine Clinic
Carleton University
This group will provide a therapeutic and supportive space for individuals recovering from ACL reconstructive surgery. It provides a space for athletes to connect with others who are navigating the injury recovery process and to feel less alone through that journey. The group will give individuals a chance to learn coping skills that promote resilience, share their experiences and hear others’, as well as mentally prepare for their return to sport.
The group is offered at various times throughout the year, with updated start dates announced regularly. Feel free to reach out and inquire about future group offerings.
